Please See Rates List for all rates regarding kayaks, bicycles, fishing licenses, tower jumps & flying fox etc to be included in your final bill should you require to hire our equipment or participate in other commando course activities Guests are free to BYO bicycles but must hire FLA Kayaks in order to control number of boats on the recreational lake. Once bookings are confirmed, a deposit may be required, the amount depending on the type of accommodation and length of stay. Deposit refunds in the case of cancellations will agreed in writing at the time of booking. See below. Please email or fax this information to admin@flamelilyadventures.com.au or fax to Att: Cathy 07 4129 0977 or Tel: 07 4129 0799 Fax 07 4129 0977 If guests intend to BBQ, please bring along their own BBQ (GAS ONLY) or hire one from FLA INDEMNITY CLAUSE The undersigned shall be liable for and indemnifies and shall keep indemnified, the PROVIDER, Being Signett Pty Ltd TTF Signett Unit Trust trading as Flame Lily Adventures, against any liabilities, loss, expense, damage, claims, suits, actions, demands or proceedings, whether arising under any statute or at common law, in respect of any personal injury (including illness) to or death of or damage to personal property of the participant/s or any peron or party whatsoever participating in any activity or service provided by the PROVIDER, whether or not such injury, death or damage is caused by an act or omission of the PROVIDER. Participants include persons listed, their personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, executors, successors, legal representatives and assigns. ONCE A BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, AN INVOICE WILL BE RAISED AND A DEPOSIT AMOUNT AGREED UPON BY EMAIL. ON ARRIVAL THE GUEST WILL SIGN A FORM AGREEING TO THE INDEMNITY CLAUSE AND PAY THE BALANCE OF THE INVOICE. |
