(Motor Vehicle keys must be submitted to the instructor at the time of your arrival for safe-keeping. Once the course commences, participants will not be permitted to leave the property, unless under instruction by the instructor. )

COURSE FEE:   TBA by emailing admin@flamelilyadventures.com.au on enquiry.  Fees must be paid in advance at least 28 days before the course start date. This fee includes 3 meals a day. Camouflage kit must be brought to the course by the participants.

PAYMENT DEPOSIT:  Once the applicant has had confirmation of the course booking and been accepted, a 10% deposit must be paid by cash, efptos or cheque.  The balance is then payable at least 28 days before the course start date.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING: Deposits will only be refunded if a booking is cancelled prior to 28 days before the course start date.  If a new course date is selected, the deposit will be carried forward and the balance of the payment, being $1350, must be paid to FLA immediately to secure a place and to avoid having to re-apply.


COURSE TIMES  I agree to arrive at 805 Burrum Heads Road by Sunday_______Month ________Year 2010 by 12.00hrs and am aware that :-

MEALS:  
I am aware that on the Sunday at the start of the course, I first erect my tent then am permitted to go to Burrum Heads for a meal and have the last few hours of freedom for the next 5 days.

A continental breakfast will be served by FLA from Monday to Friday. Hot packed lunches and dinners are provided by outside caterers from Monday to Thursday.  On Thursday night there will be a spit or BBQ provided and a few beers, wine or cool drinks will be permitted. 

PASSING OUT PARADE:  On the Friday morning all participants will first prepare for the short parade. Once the parade is over, the team members must pack their belongings.  Tents must be disassembled and signed back to FLA. Vehicle keys and mobile phones will be available for collection.

COURSE POLICIES
  1. I understand that I am expected to do numerous physical tasks such as the assalt course, marches, canoeing, abseiling, games and challenges that involve a chance of injury.  I understand and agree to take full responsibility for my own welfareand will not hold Flame Lily Adventures or its Directors or instructors responsible for any injury that I may incur on or around the property at 805 Burrum Heads Road.
  2. I will ensure that I have acquired all the clothing and kit on the list of items on the KIT LIST . The compulsory items must be brought to the course by all participants.
  3. I agree to dress in the appropriate uniforms as stipulated during the course for my own safety and in the spirit of the team building programme.
  4. During the course, participants are not permitted to leave the base, must not consume alcahol or use mobile phones.
  5. Cancellations must be made no less than 28 days before the course start date and fees will be refunded immediately. See above for re-booking procedures.
  6. Should the course be cancelled by the organisers, a new date will be set.  Should the fee payer not be available for the dates set, his/her fee will be refunded.
  7. I am aware that religion, racism, politics and gender are not to be discussed on this course.  Instructors aim to show how to win and survive and not to teach or discuss controversial subjects in the interest of building a harmonious atmosphere amongst the participants.
  8. I agree to accept all directives and instructions from the instructors and organisers at all times.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE
The Participant shall be liable for and indemnifies and shall keep indemnified, the PROVIDER, Being Signett Pty Ltd TTF Signett Unit Trust trading as Flame Lily Adventures, against any liabilities, loss, expense, damage, claims, suits, actions, demands or proceedings, whether arising under any statute or at common law, in respect of any personal injury (including illness) to or death of or damage to personal property of the participant/s or any peron or party whatsoever participating in any activity or service provided by the PROVIDER, whether or not such injury, death or damage is caused by an act or omission of the PROVIDER.  Participants include persons listed, their personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, executors, successors, legal representatives and assigns.
